Ola is a twenty-three veteran TESOL instructor and teacher trainer who taught different learners in various classroom settings.
Ola holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ain Shams University. Later earned both CELTA and DELTA from University of Cambridge. She is recognized as a passionate, student-centered educator continually seeking to improve learning and school culture. She is also an expert in curriculum design and construction. Currently she is an MA student doing Educational Leadership and Management, Faculty of Humanities &Social Sciences ,University of Bath, UK.
Through her journey in ELT, Ola worked closely with different leaders, educators and teams of less- experienced and experienced teachers from different cultures and with different teaching strategies, techniques and perspectives, which enriched her experience and made it more rewarding. In her last position as an English and Humanities Studies Head and Academic Director for a British International School, she managed to attend and address the needs of teachers across the school and offer and put in practice practical techniques and methods to help improve the teachers’ performance especially in the Math and English departments. These efforts were crowned with incredible teachers’ performance and better checkpoint results.
