Dr. Sherien Kamal Boushra, an H.R. professional, completed first her school studies at Sacred-Heart school and obtained her BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alexandria University in 1994. She served major international pharmaceutical companies “Serono” (part of Ares-Serono Group Switzerland) then the famous French “Bioderma” in Alexandria, Cairo and Beirut.
Moving to live in Beirut for 18 years with her new family became revelation: new experiences and knowledge. In Lebanon, facing the new challenges was the motivation to broad her capabilities and open new fronts. She has been post-graduated in HR Management from the American University of Beirut in 2004 and then pursued Family Counselling and interpersonal skills studies.
Believing in the human element as the real asset for any organization success, she implements new transformational management projects in the commercial sector Egypt and Caritas, Algorithm and Egyptian Women League in Beirut.
She is known striving for a better quality of life to her entire environment and enjoy training people to excel.
